Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of kriscraftllc.com (the "Site"), operated by KrisCraft LLC ("KrisCraft," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

KrisCraft LLC is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #1128546. You can verify our license with the Contractors State License Board at www.cslb.ca.gov.

2. Information Only; No Offer or Contract

The Site shares general information about our company and past projects. Nothing on the Site is an offer, bid, estimate, or guarantee of price, schedule, availability, or result. We provide construction services only under a separate written contract signed by both parties, and that contract controls over anything on the Site. Sending us an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us.

3. Project Photos and Descriptions

Photos, renderings, and descriptions show past or representative work and are for illustration only. Every project's design, materials, cost, and timeline depend on site conditions, permits, design choices, and selections. Some projects shown were designed by independent architects or design professionals and built by KrisCraft; design credit belongs to them. We do not identify our clients or publish exact addresses.

4. Not Professional Advice

Site content is not architectural, engineering, legal, tax, or safety advice. Construction work can be dangerous and often requires permits and a licensed contractor. Please consult qualified, licensed professionals before planning or performing any work.

5. Our Content

All Site content, including text, photographs, logos, designs, and layout, is owned by KrisCraft or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, republish, modify, or use our photos or content, including in your own marketing or portfolio or to train AI systems, without our written permission. "KrisCraft" and our logo are our trademarks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or impersonate anyone; send spam or advertising through our forms; upload viruses or harmful code; scrape, crawl, or harvest content or images by automated means; or attempt to access, disrupt, or damage the Site or its systems.

7. What You Send Us

When you contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security, bank, or card numbers through the Site. Ideas or feedback you volunteer may be used without obligation to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

8. Other Websites

The Site may link to or display content from other companies, such as architects, suppliers, maps, or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section covers the Site only. Warranties for construction work are those in your written contract and those required by law.

10. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KrisCraft and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law and does not apply to construction services, which your contract governs.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless KrisCraft and its members, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Accessibility

13. Disputes and Governing Law

California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim about the Site, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute about the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about construction services follow the terms of your contract.

14. Changes

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, as shown by the effective date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site; any construction contract is a separate agreement.
