What We Build
Ground-Up Custom Homes
New homes designed and built by one team, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Remodels and Additions
Whole-home renovations on houses that deserve the same care as new construction.
Commissioned Builds
You bring the architect and the drawings. We bring the crew, the pricing, and the schedule.
Kris is in the drawings, in the meetings, and on site. You are not handed off to an estimator and a superintendent. That is the difference between a firm built around relationships and a firm built around volume.
You get the information and the understanding to make good decisions at every stage. No part of the process is a mystery.
Timely communication and someone available when you need an answer. On a build this size, that matters as much as the work itself.
Working with architects
We are a design-build firm, and we are also a builder architects come back to. We have long-standing relationships with design teams across the Bay Area. If you already have an architect, we are happy to come in as the builder and make their drawings real.
"Kris and his team were the only people on the project who never needed to be chased."
