This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KrisCraft LLC ("KrisCraft," "we," "us") collects through kriscraftllc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us

When you fill out our contact form, email, or call us, we collect what you choose to share. That may include your name, email, phone number, project location, project type, budget, timeline, message, and any photos or files you send.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit, our website host (Framer) automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and date and time. This is used to deliver and secure the Site. We use Framer's built-in analytics, which counts visits anonymously, does not use cookies, and does not identify you.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, plan and carry out projects, and communicate with you. We also use it to operate, secure, and improve the Site, keep business records, and comply with the law. If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or project. We will not send you marketing emails or texts unless you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites through our Site. If we add tools that set non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code §1798.83).

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for up to 2 years afterward, in case you return to us. We keep client project records as long as reasonably needed for warranty, insurance, tax, and legal purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security, bank, or card numbers through the Site.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records the law requires us to keep. Email kristopher@kriscraftllc.com with your request. We will confirm your identity before acting and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. California residents may have additional rights under California law.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be noted on the Site.
